In a smartfield the tooltip flickers, if a part of the tooltip is outside of the resultlist of the smartfield.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Define a tooltip on a codetype
2. Open the smartfield of this codetype
3. Move the mouse to the right end of a result of the smartfield and wait for the tooltip
4. Move the mouse down to the next result
