I20111208-2000

1. Unzip a new Eclipse.
2. Start Eclipse on a new workspace.
3. All the stacks are minimized to the left.
4. Close the 'Welcome'.
5. Maximize the 'Package Explorer'.
6. All other stacks are minimized to the left.
7. Window > New Window
8. Repeat step 5.
9. The stacks are minimized to the right as expected.
