Can't include header files (*.h) from a folder that is linked to a RSE folder.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
A. Link a folder to a RSE folder
--------------------------------
1. In a C Project, add a new Folder
2. Click the "Advanced >>" button
3. Click the "Link to alternate location (Linked Folder)" option
4. Select "RSE" from the "Choose file system" drop-down
5. Click the "Browse..." button
6. Select "Local" from the "Connection" drop-down
7. Navigate and select a folder that has *.h files in it, then click the "OK" button
8. Click the "Finish" button to create the folder 

B. Add the folder to the Include Path
-------------------------------------
1. Bring up the Properties dialog
2. Navigate to "C/C++ General" | "Paths and Symbols"
3. Click the "Includes" tab
4. Select "GNU C" from the languages list
5. Click the "Add..." button
6. Click the "Workspace" button
7. Select the folder from step (A)
8. Click the "OK" button
9. Click the "OK" button

C. *.h files not shown

1. Navigate to the "Includes" element in the project tree
2. No files are shown
