1. Unzip I20111208-0200.
2. Open it on a new workspace.
3. When the workbench comes up, close 'Welcome'.
4. Install EGit. When prompted to restart, do so.
5. After restarting, 'Welcome' will be there but the 'Outline' view's stack and the 'Problems' view's stack will be there. Oddly enough, the stack of the 'Package Explorer' as well as the shared area is minimized and drawn in the trim.
