pre-M4 N-build

The [351774] edit to UMLPackageImpl removed the TypesPackage.eINSTANCE.eClass(); causing MDT/OCL code to fail.

[This seemingly simple problem was magnified out of all proportion by GIT managing to leave me working with a stale workspace, and of having working functionality from projects and broken functionality from plugins. We really should have waited till after Juno to switch to EGIT.]

The fix has been committed/pushed to git and will be available in next week's M4 build.
