Created attachment 208106 [details] stack traces I am using 4.2M3. This is the simplest use case I can come up with to reproduce this issue: 1. Synchronize a Java project with CVS where some files have been changed. View one of the changed files in the Synchronize perspective (I use multiple windows for perspectives, but it seems reproducible without multiple windows) 2. Change another file and view that change in the Synchronize perspective 3. In the error log at this point you see the first exception in my attachment logged as a warning : Ignored attempt to add saveable that was already registered 4. Now switch to another changed file in the synchronize view. Attempt to resize the Compare editor at the bottom between it and the views. You will get an SWTException 'Graphic is Disposed' every time the mouse hits the border between the compare editor and those views. This is the 2nd exception listed in my attachment. At this point the workbench UI has to be restarted. I can't resize any of my views or even roll the mouse over the border between views in any perspective, not just the synchronize perspective. I start getting NPEs as well.
We have some similar traces in bug 336454 and bug 348429.
This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet. If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant. -- The automated Eclipse Genie.
