Description Gary Brown CLA 2011-12-08 04:57:39 EST
Build Identifier:

Two problems:

1) Unable to create a message flow - probably my fault - I supplied a list of the visual components that were relevant for a choreography, but possibly this has been taken to mean all components. The MessageFlow, Message and ItemDefinition are also relevant, but just not relevant on the palette - there may also be some conversation/correlation components that are not relevant to the visual representation, but required for the choreography model.

2) When editing a diagram that already has a MessageFlow, the second problem is being unable to set the Message Ref, source or target Participant relationships for a Message Flow. When the MessageFlow is selected (on the Advanced properties for the diagram), it just says "No Advanced Properties for this Message Flow".

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a choreography
2. In the Advanced tab of the Properties view (for the diagram), select the context menu for a Choreography component - should be offered the ability to create a MessageFlow

Comment 2 Gary Brown CLA 2012-01-03 10:09:27 EST
MessageFlow is still not available on the menu of components that can be created under a Choreograpy in the Advanced Tab.

I tried to look at the Properties->Tool Enablement for the .bpmn file, but got:

This also happens when creating a new bpmn2 file and trying to access the tool enablement properties.

Also when selecting existing MessageFlow components in the Advanced Prop tab, it does not display any of its fields.
Comment 3 Gary Brown CLA 2012-01-31 07:40:35 EST
Fixed in the latest build - now has messageRef, sourceRef and targetRef available.
