the jsp the issue can be reproduced with

When editing a JSP file with the JSP editor, it does not respond on typing anything on
the code and the CPU usage goes very high during this time. Attached is a JSP which the problem can be reproduced with.
This is reported by our custommers for WTP 3.1, but we reproduce it also for 3.3.1

disabling all the validators didn't help

Hi Dimo,

One thing I did noticed is that a few of the <select> tags have unclosed name attributes. This causes quite a bit of the document to be reparsed as embedded content of the attribute. I think this is what you're seeing and is a consequence of Bug 294366.

The selects that need closing quotes for the attributes are:
z_IncoTerms
z_CustomerContact
and a later
z_CustomerContact

Once I closed off the attributes for those selects, I could edit the document at normal pace. Hopefully that'll get you back up to speed in editing.

I'll close this one as a duplicate of Bug 294366, however, since it boils down to the same problem.

Thanks.
