The o.e.m.help.ui and o.e.m.tasks.bugs are currently distributed as part of the Mylyn Context IDE Connector even though they are in the Mylyn Tasks project. We should create a feature in Mylyn Tasks that contains these bundles.

A new feature o.e.m.tasks.ide has been added. It's required by the Mylyn Context IDE Connector feature to maintain backwards compatibility.
