The WTP 3.4.0 build is now failing with:

Processing inclusion from feature org.eclipse.wst.ws_ui.feature: Bundle org.eclipse.wst.ws.explorer_1.0.607.v201103082002 failed to resolve.:[build-wtp4x-jst4x-sdk]         
Missing required plug-in org.eclipse.equinox.http.jetty_[1.0.0,3.0.0).

In the current Eclipse 4.2 post M3 drivers, that plugin has a version of 3.0.0.

Fix released to HEAD.

Updated plugin version and widened the range.
