How to reproduce
1- Create a review having a file not being the same as the workspace file, file has been modified in the workspace since then.
2- Open the  file from the workspace which has a different version than the file version under review, then highlight some lines
3- Open the file version under review by selecting the pull-down menu, then highlight some lines which are different than the file version open from the package explorer (workspace file)

Now, single click on the file version under review, it will put the focus in the editor to the file version opened from the package explorer (workspace file) instead of keeping the focus to the file version under the review.

Works fine, although the file from the review does not highlight the file under a review in the review navigator
What is missing will be looked at with bug 388937
