VerticalRuler and LineNumberRuler do not paint to the source viewer height when 
Styledtext widget's word wrap is on. It left a gap equals to the height of the 
horizonal scrollbar. Please see attached bitmap.

The grey area at the bottom is gone but of course the rulers won't work if the text indeed wraps. This is because SWT.WRAP is not supported by textual editors (see bug 35779 for details).
