The use case of https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=364536 now partially works, but when trying to modify the changed elements you get an IllegalStateException : "cannot modify a frozen revision" (see patch in attachment of bug 364536 https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/attachment.cgi?id=207903 to reproduce this issue).
