In testing for Platform-UI's 4.2M4 release, I tried installing WindowBuilder as from the Juno p2 composite site [1].  Trying to view the designer view for a new shell fails:

    Internal Error

   WindowBuilder encountered unexpected internal error.

   This could be caused by a WindowBuilder bug or by a misconfiguration issue, conflict, partial update, etc.

   org.eclipse.wb.internal.core.utils.check.AssertionFailedException: assertion failed: Version 3.8 is not present in [3.2, 3.3, 3.4, 3.5, 3.6, 3.7]

The versions installed have r37x in their feature version qualifiers.

Installing from the p2 site linked to on your downloads page [2] works fine.
