Description Larouche CLA 2011-12-06 09:11:48 EST
Build Identifier: 20110916-0149

I just upgraded to Eclipse Indigo 3.7.1 with JDK 1.7.0_1.
On Windows x64 we cannot use Native JavaHL (Working on win 32) so i use the last SVNKit.

Impossible to create a Repository, it just hangs there doing nothing.

Adress of the svn repository: https://svn.groupeonepoint.net/

Note:
The server certificate is out of date and manually generated.
So i tryed adding the certificate in the trusted cacerts - no success.

Tortoise SVN works fine but its pretty annoying to not be able to work within IDE.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to SVN Repository view
2. New -> Repository Location
3. https://svn.groupeonepoint.net/ browse
It never returns.

I've tried accessing the repository without any problems. Are you sure you don't have any network issues (for example an firewall issue, if you've enabled network access for the TortoiseSVN, but not for the Eclipse IDE)?

Also you haven't specified the plug-in and connector versions. In my case I've used plug-in version 0.7.9.I20111123-1700 with the latest SVN Kit 1.3.6.1 connector.

SVNKit 1.3.5, i tryed to download SVNKit 1.3.6 from the website but seems like it was not that simple :)

I would love to test with 1.3.6, even if its not relasse. but im afraid i cannot find the update site for this. Release is still 0.7.8.
http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/updates/3.7.x dont have subversive.

SVN Kit 1.3.6.1 is on the "early access" update site. I won't publish new Subversive version with the Indigo SR2 since there are API changes. So, you have two options: wait until Subversive 0.8.0 release (Juno simultaneous release) or use "early access" update site.

"Early access" update sites for plug-in and connectors correspondingly are:
http://download.eclipse.org/technology/subversive/0.7/update-site/
http://community.polarion.com/projects/subversive/download/eclipse/2.0/update-site/

Please note, that since there are API changes, both - main plug-in and connectors - should be updated in one go.
