This custom page provides information and links that are relevant to the user. This might include, for example, notification that a new committer has been nominated and the user needs to vote; notification that the user has been inactive on a project for more than X number of months and is at risk of being decomitterified (related to Bug 233631); links to open project proposals that the user is listed as either a committer or interested party; links to projects that the user is a member of; and more. The page should also include handy links to tools and information relevant to the user type (committers would have access to legacy committer tools, for example).
