According to the DTP plugin versioning policy,
http://wiki.eclipse.org/DTP_Plug-in_Versioning_Policy, a DTP bundle version
should be incremented to reflect the scope of changes made in a release.

The following ODA data source bundles appear to have had changes made since the 1.9.1 release. Their bundle version number should at a minimum get incremented in its "service" (third) part.  E.g. from "1.2.2.qualifier" to "1.2.3.qualifier".
