NPE stack trace

I am using build eclipse-SDK-4.2M3-win32.

I am not always able to reproduce this NPE, but I've gotten several times just trying to move views around. I got it just swapping the order of the Error Log and Problems view. Maybe the stack trace is enough

Didn't find this in my earlier bug search. Looks like a duplicated for bug 364906
