The version referenced in /org.eclipse.platform.doc.isv/platformOptions.txt no longer exists.

I fixed this but it didn't make it for the 1pm build.  Sorry for the delay.  My Eclipse install was completely hosed this morning and I couldn't commit anything until recently.
