The latest javax.servlet 3.0 bundle from orbit [1] exports packages with version 2.6.0 instead of 3.0.0 to comply with OSGi versioning rules (bug 360245).
To remain compatible, we have to update our package imports to lower bound 2.6.0.

Changed the lower bounds from 3.0.0 to 2.6.0. To avoid conflicts with environments that still export the Servlet 3.0 API packages as 3.0.0, I left the upper bound at 4.0.0 exclusively for now. I opened bug 365604 as a reminder to change this bound at a later point in time.
