The serverside.sdk is missing some source bundles.  We tried this in bug 362724 here but it broke the build. 
Investigating.

I *think* conceptually this issue has been fixed in the previous release. 

And, if not, the "method" used with proposed patch is no longer relevant, since it assumes "PDE Build" techniques. 

So, I'd like to "close" this bug -- will mark is "fixed", though "won't fix" or "worksforme" would be equally accurate. 

If this is still an issue for anyone, please re-reopen with specific details of what's missing.
