i did search reason why code completion not working for php core functions in my eclpise pdt 3.0.0

i tired to use deefault workspace location(c:\Users\someuser\workspace\) and than completetion started to work. 

but when tried change workspace location to another location for example d:\web\
than code completion not working. 

before, i did search at many places why code assist does not working for php core functions and not found good answer. And i was just surprized when noticed that code completion ability for core function bound with workspace location path. 

is this bug or i am doing something wrong?

if this is not bug, how i can fix this issue?
