You can now click on a location in the search results view to narrow the search to that particular folder. This is great, but not obvious to the user that this is the behaviour of the hyperlink (they might think it opens the folder in the Navigator for example). A tooltip on these links like, "Search again in this folder" would help them discover and understand what the link does.

Yes, thought the same thing here.
Will add something like:
Search again in this folder with "foo". Also, if possible, putting tool tips on the bread crumb will be also cool. Otherwise user may think it will just bring tot the navigator.

We need to ensure this link is styled to stand out differently than the simple link that takes you to the folder.  I made a note in bug 360986.  (We may end up wanting both behaviors...the ability to go to the nav and nearby button that changes scope)...  

We can worry about it in bug 360986.

fixed with 1d30f78f948c1df54a2735d757b654b29e11c1ab.
Also shows the "no match found" in the page title instead of the content pane.
For the styling issue, we will fix that in bug 360986.
