Currently there is no way for ConnectionDecorator to be visible on top of Connection lines.

This is a problem for Text that are drawn underneath the Connection line, thus are unreadable more often than not. I naively thought that adding a rectangle shape with filled background would help but since the lines are always on top, this doesn't work...

I realize that it's quite a big change from the current design, but that behavior prevents any serious use of Text ConnectionDecorators right now.
