Is there a reason this directory shouldn't be owned by the query2 project?

Hi,

When i am trying to create the folder, i am getting following error:

Permission denied.
Error code: 3
Error message from server: Permission denied
Request code: 14

It should be a permission issues.
Ken Hussey gave me a hint that it could be because of not being part of the group 'modeling.emf.website'.
Folders under .../modeling/emf generally have group ownership of 'modeling.emf.website'.

I understand that currently download.eclipse.org/modeling/emf/query2 is owned by modeling.emf.website . My question is: why isn't download.eclipse.org/modeling/emf/query2 owned by modeling.emf.query2?

Hi,

To be honest, i don't know.

As per Ken Hussey mail to me, it seems all the dirs inside /modeling/emf share common group modeling.emf.website . I think it is because enables download page for emf components be managed by anyone from any sub-components.

Even if modeling/emf/query2/ made to be editable with modeling.emf.query2, it is fine with me because i only wants to work with modeling/emf/query2/.
Can you make it happen ?

Thanks and Regards,
Ashwani Kr Sharma

Done, you now own it. You'll need to logout/login for the permissions change to be visible.
