EMF compare's logical model support plugs itself very deep in the Eclipse workspace. 
It might be called whenever the Eclipse Platform decide too, as such we might have unexpected behavior when working on the workspace. 

To make sure adopter have the choice to install or not this support we have to create a dedicated feature.
