Description Jörg Thönnes CLA 2011-12-01 03:15:27 EST
The affordance "[+]" to display the filtered children as an alternative to Alt-Click is _not_ displayed
if the mouse is at the position to click on it.

h4. Steps to Reproduce

* Activate context
* Move the mouse _between_ two context elements
** Expected: No affordance displayed
** Actual: Affordance displayed for _both_ elements
* Remember the position of the affordance
* Goto context element with filtered children
** Expected: Affordance displayed at the end of the element
** Actual: No affordance displayed
* Move the mouse slowly to the left until it reaches the remembered position of the affordance
* Wait some seconds until yellow hover "Show filter children (Alt-Click)" is displayed
** Expected: Affordance should be visible since I can click here
** Actual: Affordance is not visible but I can click

Marked as normal bug since this hampers usability a lot.

The issue is still existing -- any plans to have a look at it?

Thanks for the bug report. We have very limited capacity on Mylyn context at this point. I have marked the bug as helpwanted to indicate that we would be happy to resolve this through a contribution.
