Reproducing steps:
1. Open lib.7.5.1-2.prac library.
2. Open configuration of openup, keep the configuration editor open.
3. New a blank plug-in of test_plugin.
4. Switch to configuration editor of openup, you can see test_plugin is auto-selected in openup's configuration editor.
5. Uncheck the selection of test_plugin, it takes a very long time.
