Steps to reproduce:
1/ create a profile diagram
2/ create a setreotype
3/ import a metacalass
4/ create an extend link between the meta-class and the stereotype
5/ Delete the metaclass (using the menu delete from model or the shortcut Ctrl+Suppr)
6/ Try to re-import the metaclass , the metacllas is added to the  importElement list and metaclassReference list. The metaclass is not graphically added to the profile diagram.

Still reproducible under Kepler M5.

I cannot reproduce this in Luna nightly. Also the delete from model is not longer possible for such read-only elements.
