Got some erorr in dojo TabContainer sample

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open DojoTabContainer Sample of Dojo Sample project by VE
2. In preview, click the "option" tab. And click the "Add a new tab" button.
3. [ERROR]A new tab added. But when switch in different tab, the tab title always stay in "option" tab.
4. [ERROR]Then try delete the new tab, it can not be deleted.

Change the target milestone to 0.8.

This bug should have been resolved by 371699, pls verify again.
