repeat any widget up to a given number of times. Example: The user may enter up to 20 codes. Initially, 2 text boxes are shown, when the user enters a value in the first box, a third one is added to the screen and so on. This would work with comboboxes and more complex widgets just the same.

I now have the basic repeater widget and a DojoTextFieldMulti widget, which uses the RepeaterWidget to repeat a textbox.

Setting the Target Milestone correctly for all bugs (set to Future in this case).
