Current implementation of lifelines representing decompositions does'nt allow their moving (horizontally), resizing and resizing of the lifeline representing the father component. These operations should be allowed.

New issue with scrollbar

I have the problems get noticed: the scrollbar gets displayed in part decomposition creation. So please not commit it. We work on the new fix.
