Currently, deleting a combined fragments deletes all its contents. Sometimes, the user just wants to delete the combined fragment and keeping its content. It would be useful to give the possibility to not delete the combined fragment content. This would imply a refactoring of the model.

Patch fixes the bug

Add a popup menu to select the choice between "Delete all" or "Keep content".

In case of "Keep content", Keep the nested combined fragments and contained action/behavior execution specifications.

bug fixes

We have found some errors with ConsiderIgnoreFrament when destroying ConsiderIgnoreFrament, popup menu does not display, and also bug relative to DnD bug 364696. The patch fixes both bugs.
