In the case of hierarchical fragments, for instance a combined fragments containing messages and nested combined fragments, changing the order of a message and a combined fragment (vertically) does not change the order of the top level fragment. Fragments ordering should correspond to the real order for fragments, interaction uses and messages.

The bug does not occur in 0.9 version.
