When EJB project wizard is launched the runtime field shows the supported runtimes for this kind of projects, but not EARs with runtime that do not support EJBs still populated on "add to EAR" options.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create an EAR Project with runtime not supporting EJB
2.Select the EAR file from the project explorer and launch the EJB Project Wizard
3.Set a name, select an EJB supported runtime or none, select an EAR with not EJB support.
