Some plug-ins display 'providerName' and/or 'pluginName' instead of the actual names. See attachment.

This is probably due to build.properties not including plugin.properties, or the key in plugin.properties being wrong.

Also, I noticed most plug-ins (and probably the features) have the provider name hard coded. It should be put into plugin.properties like we do with pluginName.

All plug-ins have been updated to properly externalize strings.
