When trying to format an XWT resource programmatically, a null pointer exception occurs.

The oep.properties.model.xwt relies on the XML formatter, which isn't associated to the XWT content type by default.

Fixed in r6278 (Branch 0.8.X)

Added a dependency to the XWT plug-in which associates the XWT extension to the XML content type.
