When sending the e-mail, no pre-filled user  information  to send to for completion notification

Destination field of the mail message is not pre-filled in UNIX environment

This needs to be retested with latest release.

Works here.

Re-tested on Ubuntu 12.04.Created a Basic review with 3 participants. When emailing, the "To:" field was properly populated.

No longer an issue.
