Orion v20111117-2302
Mac OS X 10.6.8

1. Open a large file with some errors or warnings (textView.js for example)
2. Click one of the entries in the overview ruler.
3. The editor will scroll to the correct location in the file, but the scrollbar doesn't line up with the annotation in the overview ruler. See screenshot

In Mac you can configure the scrollbars to show the increment buttons on the opposite ends of the bar or together at the end of bar.
In textview the code 'guesses' (due the lack of API, or our lack knowledge) that the buttons are in opposite ends.
