Could you please restart you eclipse instance, try again and if this fix the issue. Thx.
Tried that and it still doesn't work. When installing plugin it gets to 46% and then gets stuck there for a few minutes and then shows the above error. This only happens with Eclipse Indigo for Windows 64 on Win 7. Tried on Win XP with Windows 32 version and the plugin in is installed in a minute. Also tried running eclipse As administrator and the result is the same.
I just tried that repo using Windows 7 x64 with no issues. Are you using a proxy? If not try changing Eclipse to Direct connection (Windows > Preferences then General > Network Connections).
