The new rule is that metamodels must be defined in a plug-in with the suffix ".metamodel".

So the new javaQuery2 metamodel in org.eclipse.emf.facet.query.java needs to be moved to org.eclipse.emf.facet.query.java.metamodel.
The old javaQuery metamodel cannot be moved because it is part of the API.
