On Desktop and Desktop Extension the configured ToolButtons, ViewButtons and KeyStrokes do not appear in the scout explorer and cannot be edited using the scout sdk.
support for these objects should be added.

Support for Tool buttons below desktop added.

Creating a new outline below a desktop and adding the outline to the desktop now automatically creates the corresponding outlineview button.

still missing: support for keystrokes on desktop level.
