Description Yun Feng Ma CLA 2011-11-21 04:45:01 EST
The file name of xxx-bnd.xml is converted to lowercase after deployment, the Java runtime doesn't convert the in to lowercase, this causes the xxx-bnd.xml file can not be found.

Here is an example:
1) aProject.egldd in a project
2) a Service has below line:
   ads SQLDataSource?{@Resource {bindingkey = "mvclib", propertyFileName = "aProject"}};

3) after deploy, the "aProject-bnd.xml" file can not be found.
