With the new default theme the Tree, Table and List items have the same presentation (background) for :selected:unfocused and :hover. In this case, when you hover over the unfocused List for example with a selected items you have two items with the same presentation. I would suggest to have a different background gradient (light blue for example like before) for the :hover state. Form my POV hover effect should not be so pressed.

The hover state has been adjusted to be distinguishable from selected but unfocused items.
