Now that we've migrated to Git (see http://www.winklerweb.net/index.php/blog/4-eclipse/16-migrating-the-cdo-svn-repository-to-git ) we need to establish a new development process. This is the place to discuss it in the public.

Moving all open issues to 4.2. Open bugs can be ported to 4.1 maintenance after they've been fixed in master.
