In new EGL handler wizard, Finish button will be disabled after user switches selected template.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.New an EGL project.
2.Try to new a handler.
3.In the New EGL Handler wizard, input a valid Name. The Next and Finish buttons are enabled.
4.Switch a default template from RUI Handler to RUI Widget.

Actual results: The Finish button is diabled whatever user chooses Handler or Widget.
