The links on the documentation page don't match the headlines of the tutorials and the HTML title. E.g. link "Change the order of attributes which are shown in the editor" leads to headline "How to arrange attributes in the EMF Client Platform (EMFCP)" with the title "arrange attributes in the editor". I think this should be harmonized.

fixes #364242

The patch attached harmonizes all current titles in the EMF Client Platform documentation with the links (including the html-<title>).
The "How to [...]"-notation was preferred.
