Build Identifier: 

A dynamic section may be displayed twice with the following scenario:
- this section is not displayed at the creation of the property page.
- a change in another section of the property page makes this section available => 'refreshSection' is called within the org.eclipse.papyrus.properties.runtime.DefaultDisplayEngine class
- the property page is displayed again (hide/show) => 'createSection' is called within the org.eclipse.papyrus.properties.runtime.DefaultDisplayEngine class. As the displayedSections attribute has never been filled with this section (refreshSection does not do it), the section is built a second time.

The patch had been merged to the trunk in r6338, I close the task.
