We should move the EMF utility classes to a separate library which is not mandatory.

We'll have to move Xtend to its own project eventually.
For that reason the namespace of the runtime lib shouldn't include text anymore.
For now we ship with two bundles the old one and a new one and mark the old one deprecated.
The new bundle no longer includes the extensions for allContents extensions for the different EMF Notifier subtypes, as we now have IteratorExtensions which solve the same problem more generically.
