I've tried to install Subclipse and Android ADT for 14 hours now. I managed to get Android ADT installed after 50 attempts of installing it. It had problems with fetching the content.jar file. When I try to install Subclipse it seems to be doing fine, it says its fetching all files (VERY SLOW, says 0kb/s) as it goes to "Installing Software:". However the progressbar stays still for a while and then the installation gets canceled and an error is presented. (See attached file)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install new software -> Try a fresh install of ADT/Subeclipse

There is nothing we can do about these types of server side problem.
